Types of coverage: Drug Card - accepted at most pharmacies in North America. Extended health care - supplement to government plans. Includes semi-private hospital, private duty nursing and paramedical services such as a chiropractor, podiatrist and psychologist. Dental coverage - choose from a basic plan to a deluxe plan with orthodontics. Life insurance - available for a flat amount or based on 100% or 200% of annual earnings.
